I have a set of online lesson videos that need to be captured immediately. Your task is straightforward: start a screen-recording, let each lesson play through in full quality, and at the same time copy any on-screen text, captions, or notes that appear.
Scope and timing
• Total run-time is about 2–5 hours.
• I need both assets from you—the MP4 screen recordings and a single plain-text (.txt) file containing every bit of copied text, sequenced in the same order the lessons appear.
Deliverables
1. Clean, lag-free screen recordings (one per lesson or a continuous file—whichever keeps quality highest).
2. A plain-text document with the copied text, clearly separated by lesson headings so I can match it to the videos.
