Reconstruct QuickBooks Files: 3 Years

The original QuickBooks company file for the last three fiscal years is gone, so I need the data completely rebuilt from scratch. All I still have are partial supporting documents—bank statements, invoices and receipts, plus several sales and expense report exports—enough to piece everything together but far from a full backup.

You will recreate each of the three years inside QuickBooks, posting every transaction, reconciling each account month-by-month, and ensuring the financials tie back to the source documents I provide. Accuracy is critical because the rebuilt file will feed straight into our year-end tax prep.

Deliverables
• A single QuickBooks company file containing fully reconciled data for FY 2021, FY 2022, and FY 2023
• Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet for each year, matching bank and credit-card statements
• Brief reconciliation notes highlighting any assumptions or data gaps you encountered
