Recommend Trusted Free Therapy Sites

I’m searching for genuinely free websites or apps where I can hold an extended, private text conversation with a licensed psychologist—specifically to explore stress-, anxiety-, and mood-related concerns in depth. The key requirement is that the professionals must be verifiably qualified (licensed, credentialed, human) and not AI, chat-bots, peer-support volunteers, or coaching amateurs.

Your task
• Identify and vet at least three platforms that match these criteria: no cost for text-based sessions, unlimited or generous message length/time, and real mental-health clinicians on the other end.
• For each platform, show evidence of professional verification (e.g., license checks, governing body partnerships) and outline the sign-up flow, availability window, and any hidden limitations or upsells I should expect.
• Highlight privacy measures, data policies, and any regional restrictions.
• Conclude with a brief recommendation on which option best fits my need for an ongoing detailed discussion about personal stress and emotion management.

Please present your findings in a concise report or spreadsheet—whatever format communicates credentials and comparisons clearly.
