Rebuild iOS Backup Manifest

I have a 63.5 GB encrypted iPhone 14 Pro backup whose Manifest.db was accidentally overwritten. The original backup password, the full BackupKeyBag and every payload file are still intact, yet iTunes can’t recognise the set because the per-file keys that used to live in Manifest.db are now missing.

Here is what you will receive through a hardened, remote-desktop session:
• A disk image of the entire backup folder, exactly as it sits on-disk
• The correct encryption password
• The untouched BackupKeyBag

Your primary task is to recover—ideally restore—the original Manifest.db so the whole backup can once again be imported by Finder/iTunes without errors. If the live file cannot be salvaged, I’m open to a full reconstruction using journal pages, orphan pages, WAL fragments or any other forensic technique you consider reliable.

I’m specifically looking for someone who is already comfortable with:
• iOS encrypted-backup anatomy (Manifest.db, Manifest.plist, Info.plist, *.mbdb/*mbdx legacy formats)
• BackupKeyBag / ManifestKey handling and decryption flows
• Low-level SQLite carving, page-mapping and WAL replay
• Tools such as Elcomsoft, libimobiledevice, custom SQL recovery scripts or Hex-level editors

Deliverable will be either:
1. A repaired Manifest.db that passes Apple’s integrity check and allows the backup to be restored in full; or
2. A newly built Manifest.db plus any companion files required to achieve the same result.

Please outline:
• The exact workflow or toolkit you would apply
• Which portions of the backup you expect to regenerate vs. undelete
• Any previous encrypted-backup cases you have solved
