Realtor Seeks Lead-Nurturing Assistant

I run a fast-paced real estate business and the inquiries never stop flowing into my Agent Locator CRM. To keep every prospect moving forward, I need a Virtual Assistant who can jump on the phone, build rapport, and turn cold interest into warm, qualified appointments that land directly on my calendar.

Here’s the day-to-day flow: you’ll review each new lead in Agent Locator, place timely outbound calls, nurture the conversation with helpful market insights, and—once motivation and timing line up—book the showing or consultation for me. All notes, call outcomes, and next-step reminders must be logged accurately in the CRM so nothing slips through the cracks.

Success in this role hinges on three things: strong communication that puts clients at ease, razor-sharp attention to detail when updating records, and a proactive attitude that keeps the pipeline humming even when I’m out on appointments. Responsibilities:
- Call new and existing leads from my CRM
- Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
- Qualify buyers and sellers based on basic criteria
- Book appointments for property showings or consultations
- Update CRM notes after each interaction
- Maintain organized tracking of conversations and follow-ups
- Respond to basic SMS or WhatsApp messages if required

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional phone manner)
- Experience in real estate cold calling or lead generation (preferred)
- Comfortable handling objections
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in EST time zone (Toronto time)
- Experience using CRM systems (please specify which ones you’ve used)
