I already have an AI-generated concept, a footprint sketch, and a full set of site photos. What I need now is one polished, high-resolution rendering that shows the proposed porch as it will actually be built.

Accuracy of the porch design—dimensions, roof pitch, trim, railing, and column placement—is the single most important factor. The surrounding house, grading, and landscaping should read naturally in the scene, but photoreal lighting and shadows are only required insofar as they help the structure look believable to a homeowner and building inspector.
