Realistic Pencil & Charcoal Portrait

I need a traditional artist who enjoys working in pencil and charcoal to create a realistic portrait from the photo I will supply. The aim is a lifelike likeness, smooth tonal transitions, and well-observed details—something that feels intimate and hand-rendered rather than digital or mixed-media.

When the piece is complete, I’d like:

• The original drawing kept clean and fixative-treated, ready either for safe shipping or local pickup (we can discuss the best option).
• A high-resolution, colour-accurate scan so I have a digital copy for printing and archiving.

Please include a few samples of earlier charcoal or graphite portraits so I can see your approach to texture and shading. Let me know your typical turnaround time and how many review snapshots you’re comfortable sharing along the way so we can be sure the likeness is on track. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have before we get started.
