Realistic Oil House Portrait

I’d like to commission a small (no larger than 12x16 inches) oil painting of my home in a realistic style. I will provide a set of high-resolution reference photos taken at different times of day; you can choose the one that offers the best composition or advise if a composite approach will capture the architecture and surrounding garden more faithfully.

The final piece should be painted on stretched, gallery-wrapped canvas ready for framing. Rich, lifelike color, accurate perspective and attention to details such as brick texture, window reflections and landscaping are important to me. Before you start on the canvas, please share a quick pencil or digital sketch so I can confirm composition and any minor adjustments.

• One finished oil painting, up to 12x16 in, sealed/varnished
• A photo of the completed work for approval prior to shipping
• Care instructions and recommended framing notes
