Realistic Low-Poly Game Prop

I’m expanding a game project and need a single low-poly prop built to a realistic standard. You’ll work from reference images that I’ll supply, keeping the triangle count lean enough for real-time performance yet detailed enough to read convincingly up close. Topology must be clean, UVs non-overlapping, and everything ready for drag-and-drop use in Unity or Unreal.
Because the model will live in-game, optimisation is just as important as visual fidelity. Please make sure shading holds up under dynamic lighting and that textures stay crisp at common streaming resolutions.
Deliverables
• .fbx (or .obj) of the final mesh
• PBR texture set: Albedo/Base Color, Normal, Roughness, Metallic (plus AO if you bake one)
• Optional LODs if you already generate them during the workflow
• A quick viewport or engine screenshot showing the prop in a neutral lighting setup
Acceptance criteria
The file imports without errors, displays correctly in a default Unity or Unreal scene, and meets the agreed-upon poly budget.
If this sounds straightforward to you, let’s get started—I’m ready to share the concept art and answer any technical questions right away.
