Realistic Interactive SVGA Gift

I need a polished SVGA gift that goes beyond simple animation. The artwork has to look realistic, and the key feature is interactivity—specifically, animations that fire only when a user performs an action (tap, click, or swipe).

Here’s how I picture the flow: the file loads as a still image; the moment the user engages, subtle yet lifelike motion begins and then gracefully resolves so it can be triggered again. Please build it so I can easily integrate it into a webpage or mobile app without extra scripting on my end. SVG-compatible JavaScript frameworks such as GreenSock (GSAP) or Snap.svg are fine as long as the final export remains a single SVGA asset with the interaction logic embedded.
