Realistic Girl Swap Edit

I have a YouTube Short (https://youtube.com/shorts/JjmaYFAyZ3U?si=a_3nDObgSGaRIhUM) that runs just a few seconds. I will send you a high-resolution photo of a different girl and need her to replace the original on every single frame—face, hair, and overall body look—so the finished clip feels like she was always there.

A few non-negotiables:
• The face must always be the exact one from my photo, even in partial or blurry frames. No “similar-looking” substitutes.
• Keep all original movements, poses, and expressions perfectly synced so lip-synch and timing remain intact.
• Change the clothing color: top to a solid blue, bottom to black, with natural shading and fabric texture.

Please use whatever combination of After Effects, Mocha Pro, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or other AI/deep-fake techniques you’re comfortable with, as long as the final result looks photorealistic and artifact-free at full 1080 × 1920 vertical resolution.

Deliverables expected no later than 30 October:
1. Final video (same length, audio untouched, H.264).
2. Project file(s) so I can reopen the work if tweaks are needed.

Send a brief note on your workflow and a sample of similar face-swap work, and we can get started right away.
