The goal is to launch and maintain a YouTube channel that releases a new, realistically-drawn fantasy comic every week. I already have story concepts; what I need is a full framework that lets me move from script to finished upload smoothly while keeping brand consistency.
Scope of work
• Channel setup: optimise name, description, playlists and upload settings so each episode can be published with minimal friction.
• Visual identity: deliver channel art (banner + logo) that matches a serious, high-detail fantasy tone.
• Motion branding: create a short intro and matching outro animation that can bookend every episode.
• Thumbnail system: design reusable thumbnail templates that highlight episode number and key artwork while staying on-brand.
• Comic production workflow: propose and document a repeatable method—Claude-assisted scripting, panel layout, colouring, voice-over or background music if useful—so a polished, page-turning comic video can be produced weekly.
Acceptance criteria
1. One complete branding pack (banner, logo, intro/outro, thumbnail PSD/AI files).
2. A sample episode: at least six panels rendered in a realistic art style, edited into a video under three minutes, uploaded as unlisted for review.
3. A concise workflow guide (PDF or Google Doc) outlining each weekly step, including where Claude or other AI tools fit in.
4. All working files delivered in organised folders, clearly named for future episodes.
Tools can include Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Midjourney/Stable Diffusion (for draft art), and Claude for scripting—use whatever combination achieves the final realistic look without sacrificing turnaround time.
Once these pieces are in place, I’ll handle story direction while you keep the visual and technical side running smoothly so the channel can hit its weekly publishing rhythm.
