Realistic Event Face Swap

I’m producing a 4-minute video for an internal event and want the two main characters’ faces replaced with the faces of two colleagues. The swap must track movement, lighting, and expressions—so something beyond a simple still-frame overlay.

You’ll receive:
• the full video file in its original resolution (4 min 30 seconds)
• high-resolution photos of each colleague
• a time-coded note of the exact scenes where the replacements matter most, so you can focus effort there while leaving the rest untouched.

Given the scope, I expect you to lean on AI-driven face-replacement tools and any supporting software—DeepFaceLab, Roop, After Effects with compositing, or anything similar you’re comfortable with—to achieve a natural look.

Deliverables
• Finished 4-minute video with seamless face swaps in the specified scenes, same resolution/codec as the source
• Review copy with burned-in time-codes
• Project files or a short workflow document so we can make last-minute tweaks if needed
