Realistic Detroit RP Server Setup

I'm looking for an experienced Fivem developer to create a real-life simulation roleplay server based in Detroit.

Before any bid is made be known I would like my developer willing to explore the features of the chiraq server as well as there discord donations and how the little features In there city make a difference from a lot of other servers

Key Features:
- Police and EMS systems
- Economy and jobs script
- Housing and property management
- Custom gangs purchased via donations
- Real cars, guns, buildings, and cities
- Donation items to sell for irl money
- Real criminal jobs and illegal activities

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven Fivem server development
- Strong understanding of roleplay dynamics
- Experience with integrating complex systems (economy, police, EMS)
- Familiarity with Detroit's layout and culture
- Strong scripting skills, particularly in Lua

Please provide samples of previous work and a detailed plan.

I would like to copy a general idea from YBN chiraq v2 server but make it my own (very important step) platform of there scripts is outstanding but server for sure could be better and stronger

Get all donation ideas and etc from said server, required to be a near duplicate of there server but different city/state as well as car clusters should change depending on what brand vehicle your in at the time
