Realistic Character Rig for Adobe

Summary
I'm looking for an illustrator/Adobe Character Animator artist who can create subtle, human adult characters, rather than children's animation, corporate explainer characters, avatars or exaggerated cartoons.
PAID TEST: ONE CHARACTER
For this first assignment, you will receive:
• A visual-development package
• A detailed reference image of a 75-year-old rabbi
• Character/personality notes
• Visual references for the synagogue and rabbi's office
The reference image is concept art. I want you to redraw/reinterpret the character yourself in a coherent authored illustration style, while preserving his recognizable appearance and personality.
The rabbi is approximately 75, somewhat stocky, with thinning gray hair, white beard, glasses and slightly rumpled professional clothing. He is thoughtful and somewhat burdened by contemporary events, but not despondent. He retains warmth, intelligence and a subtle, wry sense of humor.
This is an adult dramatic comedy. The performance should be restrained and naturalistic.
DELIVERABLES
Please create:
1. Final illustrated rabbi character.
2. Properly layered Photoshop functioning Character Animator puppets
3. Functional eye movement and blinking.
4. Adobe Character Animator lip-sync/viseme mouth set.
5. Basic head and arm movement.
6. Three additional performance poses/expressions:
o thoughtful/listening
o mildly concerned or burdened
o subtle wry/amused reaction
7. Adobe Character Animator puppet/project file.
8. 10–15 second demonstration video showing the puppet performing.
Please retain enough hidden artwork around joints that normal movement does not reveal gaps.
IMPORTANT ARTWORK REQUIREMENT
The final character artwork must be drawn/redrawn by the contracted artist.
Do not use generative AI to create the final character artwork without my prior written permission.
The supplied images are visual-development references rather than final artwork to be cut apart into a puppet.
SOURCE FILES AND RIGHTS
Final delivery must include all editable source artwork, layered PSD files, Adobe Character Animator puppet/project files and related assets created for the assignment.
Upon final payment, I require exclusive commercial rights to the commissioned final artwork, including the right to edit, modify, animate, reproduce, exhibit, advertise and distribute it as part of the film, trailers, publicity, festival exhibition and subsequent distribution.
The freelancer represents that the final delivered artwork is their original work and that they have the right to grant these rights.
Please do not publicly display the character or project in a portfolio or on social media before the film's public release without permission.

Please do not send a large animation reel. I'm particularly interested in seeing subtle adult character illustration and Character Animator performance.
If the test is successful, the next commission will include two additional principal characters, followed by synagogue/office environment artwork and additional poses.
This is a paid audition. I am not requesting free sample work.
Potential full-project scope: I anticipate commissioning three principal Character Animator puppets (Rabbi, Husband and Wife), including the required expressions/poses, plus final environment artwork for a synagogue sanctuary and adjacent rabbi's office, including separated foreground/midground elements needed for parallax. I expect to perform/animate and edit the film myself.
In addition to your price for the paid rabbi test, please provide a non-binding ballpark estimate for completing this full scope. I understand that the final price may change once we agree on the exact number of poses, background views and revisions.
