Realistic Architectural 3D Elevation Design Needed

### 3D Elevation Design Required – 30' × 40' | G+4 / 5 Floors | Bengaluru

I am looking for an experienced **architectural 3D elevation designer/architect** to design a unique and realistic front elevation for a **30' × 40' residential building in Bengaluru** with **5 floors**.

### Requirements:

* Site size: **30' × 40'**
* Building: **5 floors**
* Location: **Bengaluru**
* Modern, elegant and unique Bengaluru-style elevation
* Should look **realistic and architect-designed**, NOT like a typical AI-generated elevation
* Avoid repetitive/standard AI-style designs
* Each floor should have its own character while maintaining an overall cohesive design
* Proper proportion of windows, balconies, slabs, projections and façade elements
* Entrance and ground-floor treatment should be carefully designed
* Modern gate and compound wall design
* Suitable materials, textures and colours for Bengaluru
* The elevation should be **practical and structurally/buildability realistic**
* Good use of materials such as stone, wood/wood-finish, metal, glass, plaster, etc., without overdoing them
* Clean and premium appearance

I will provide the **architectural floor plan/column layout**. The elevation should be developed based on the actual plan and structural requirements.
