Realistic 3D Villa Promo Video

**Project title:** Villa Tour Video (1–3 min) — AI-Enhanced Walkthrough with Bilingual Room Labels & Location Highlights

**Overview**
I need a polished 1–3 minute cinematic tour video of a villa in [city/district]. I will supply still photographs and raw video clips of the property. The villa is currently unfurnished, and I do **not** want virtual furniture or staging added — the goal is to showcase the space, layout, and finishes as they are.

**Source material I will provide**

- Property location and list of nearby landmarks

**Scope of work**

**1. Main walkthrough (approx. 60–90 sec)**
Assemble the stills and clips into a smooth, continuous-feeling tour following a logical path through the villa (entrance → majlis/guest reception → living areas → kitchen → bedrooms → master bedroom → outdoor areas → roof). Use AI-based tools where helpful to generate realistic motion from stills (parallax, camera push-ins, image-to-video), upscale low-quality frames, stabilize shaky footage, and correct lighting and color. The output must look photorealistic and consistent with the actual property — no hallucinated rooms, altered architecture, or invented features.

**2. Bilingual room labels**
Each space must be introduced with a clean animated text overlay naming it in **both Arabic and English** (مجلس / Majlis, غرفة المعيشة / Living Room, المطبخ / Kitchen, غرفة النوم الرئيسية / Master Bedroom, دورة المياه / Bathroom, التراس / Terrace, etc.). Arabic must use proper right-to-left rendering with correct letter joining — no broken or reversed text. Use a professional Arabic font paired with a matching Latin font. Typography should be modern and understated, real estate marketing style, not flashy.

**3. Location & neighborhood segment (approx. 20–40 sec)**
A short animated map sequence showing the villa's position, then highlighting key nearby locations with distance or drive time (schools, mosque, major roads, shopping, hospital, airport). Labels here must also be bilingual. I will provide the list.

**4. Audio**
**No background music.** Deliver the video with no soundtrack. [Choose one: a clean silent track / light ambient room tone only.] The video must communicate entirely through visuals and on-screen text, so pacing and label timing need to carry the piece — allow enough time on each label for a viewer to read both languages comfortably.

**5. Finishing**
Opening frame with the villa name/title in Arabic and English. Closing frame with my contact details (phone / WhatsApp) in both languages, on a clean background. No logo required.
