Realistic 3D Golf Course Fly-through

We are seeking an experienced 3D architectural/landscape visualisation artist to create a realistic 3D model and cinematic fly-through of a new golf course development in Vietnam.
The golf course has already been designed. This is NOT a golf course design project. The successful freelancer must accurately reproduce the supplied golf routing, terrain, greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, lakes, roads, quarry/rock formations and other major site features.
We can provide the latest golf course routing/masterplan, CAD/DWG information, topographic/contour information, site photographs and other available project material.
Accuracy is extremely important. Do not redesign, relocate or invent golf holes or landscape features. Greens must look like greens and bunkers must look like bunkers.
The site is mountainous and includes a dramatic existing quarry with significant exposed rock faces and elevation changes. This should be an important visual feature of the finished presentation.
Required initial deliverables: • Accurate 3D terrain/course model based on supplied information
• Approximately 45–60 second cinematic fly-through
• Realistic vegetation, terrain, water and quarry/rock treatment
• Minimum 1080p final video; 4K preferred
• 3–5 high-resolution still renders
• Low-resolution model/render previews for approval before final rendering
• Low-resolution preview animation/camera path before final video rendering
• Minimum one reasonable revision round
The final result should look like a high-end architectural/golf resort visualisation suitable for presentation to the project owner and government stakeholders.

Please provide examples of previous golf course, resort, landscape architecture, terrain/masterplan or large outdoor visualisation work. Generic interior-render portfolios alone are not suitable.
