Preparation
• I will forward the slide deck, background documents, and any talking points in advance.
• You may consult ChatGPT alongside those materials to craft answers; feel free to blend its output with my content for clarity and accuracy.

Live session expectations
• Capture every question within seconds of hearing it.
• Offer a crisp, professional answer right below the typed question.
• If information is missing, still supply the best ChatGPT-assisted reply rather than leaving blanks.

Ground rules
• Strict confidentiality: no screenshots, recordings, or external sharing.
• One brief practice call is required so we can test audio, the shared document, and timing.
• The assistant’s camera and mic stay off during the actual meeting; your role is text-only.

Deliverables
1. Real-time Google Doc containing all live questions and suggested answers.
2. Attendance at the practice call (15 min).
