Real-Time Simulator Monitoring Dashboard Creation

Project Requirement: Live Simulator Monitoring Dashboard
I need a web-based dashboard for real-time monitoring of a simulator/test setup.

The simulator generates and displays multiple parameters, and screenshots of the simulator screen are automatically captured and saved to a specific folder on my PC at 30-second intervals.

The website should provide the following functionality:

Display live graphs/charts of all required simulator parameters.

Automatically update the graphs in real time without manually refreshing the webpage.

Monitor a designated folder on the PC for newly generated screenshots.

Whenever a new screenshot is saved, automatically detect and display it on the website.

The live parameter graphs and the latest screenshot should be visible simultaneously on the same dashboard.

The dashboard should clearly show the latest available data and screenshot, along with the corresponding time/timestamp.

The system should continue updating automatically throughout the test without requiring manual intervention.

The solution should preferably run on a local PC/network, without requiring cloud hosting.

The final objective is to have a single live dashboard where I can monitor the simulator parameters and see the corresponding simulator screenshot simultaneously during testing.
