I have just launched a real-estate agency and now need a professional, user-friendly website that makes it effortless for visitors to browse our listings and contact an agent.
Core requirements
• Listings must come in automatically by being imported from property portals or other listing feeds, so day-to-day updates stay hands-off for my team.
• Every enquiry—whether it’s a form submission, a “call-me-back” click or a booked viewing—has to flow straight into our CRM so we can track leads from the first touch.
• Clean, modern design that looks trustworthy on desktop, tablet and mobile, with fast load times.
• I need the first working version ASAP; speed is critical as the agency is already advertising properties.
Key deliverables
1. Fully responsive website (home, listings, individual property pages, contact page).
2. Feed integration set up and tested so new properties appear automatically.
3. CRM connection configured for lead capture.
4. Basic admin dashboard or CMS access so we can adjust copy, images and SEO tags ourselves.
5. Go-live assistance and short hand-over guide.
