I need a series of short, high-impact reels that showcase brand-new real estate projects. Each video should feel like a seamless walkthrough tour, guiding viewers room-to-room so they immediately grasp the flow, scale, and standout finishes of the property.

My goal is simple: attract qualified buyers by letting the home speak for itself. You’ll visit the site (or work with the raw footage I supply, if travel is impractical), plan the most engaging path through the space, capture smooth vertical footage, and edit it into punchy 15–60-second reels ready for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Subtle motion graphics for room labels or key specs are welcome as long as they keep the clean, professional feel.

Deliverables
• 3–5 fully edited vertical reels per property (MP4, 1080×1920)
• Matching caption suggestions and on-screen text where needed
• A drive folder with raw clips and final exports, organised and named clearly

Acceptance criteria
– Walkthrough pacing feels natural; no fast, disorienting cuts
– Lighting and colour remain true to the property (no heavy filters)
– All clips stabilised; no shaky footage
– Background music licensed for social media or royalty-free
