Real Estate Video Production

I'm looking for a skilled videographer to create engaging real estate videos. The project involves:

Neighborhood Overviews: Capture the essence of neighborhoods with detailed videos highlighting local amenities such as schools, parks, and shops.

Property Tours: Produce walkthrough videos with narration, showcasing properties in an engaging and informative manner.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in real estate videography
- Proficiency in video editing
- Ability to use Relevant B Roll (provided)
- A-Roll Assembly & Pacing: Cutting out dead air, filler words, tangents, and awkward pauses while maintaining natural comedic or conversational rhythm.
- Hook Optimization: Structuring the first 30–60 seconds to immediately grab attention and establish the video's premise.
- B-Roll & Visual Asset Sourcing: Sourcing relevant stock footage, screen recordings, memes, still images, and product shots to illustrate talking points. -- Audio Clean-up & Sound Design: Leveling dialogue, removing background noise, and adding layered sound effects (whooshes, pops, impacts) and background music (ducked properly beneath speech).
- Motion Graphics & Lower Thirds: Adding on-screen titles, animated bullet points, call-to-actions (Subscribe, Like), maps, charts, or kinetic typography. - Color Correction & Grading: Balancing white balance, skin tones, and exposure across multiple camera angles or lighting setups.

Extended YouTube Duties (High-Value Add-Ons)Short-Form Repurposing: Cutting 1–3 high-performing vertical segments (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) from each long-form episode, complete with dynamic captions. Thumbnail Design: Providing 1–3 click-worthy thumbnail concepts (or collaborating on high-CTR compositions). Packaging & YouTube Optimization: Writing suggested chapter markers (timestamps), catchy titles, and video descriptions. File Management & Archival: Organizing raw project files, project backups, and sound effect/music libraries.
