Real Estate Video Editor Needed

I’m looking for a long-term editor who can handle multiple real estate walkthrough videos weekly. I’ll provide vertically-shot 4K raw footage of up to 6 houses per week, and you’ll deliver a fast-paced, polished Instagram-worthy reel for each one. These reels should include: - Clean color grading and light stabilization - Smooth snappy cuts to showcase all areas of the house clearly - Optional voiceover or trending audio synced perfectly - Text overlays for room names or key features

Deliverable: A finished reel per property, ideally within 1 day after receiving content. This will help streamline my workflow while enabling me to focus on filming more properties. Volume: Expecting at least 3+ properties weekly (potentially more). Open to discussing workflow enhancements like skipping live audio during the shoot for faster post-production.

Budget: $10 per reel. While I aim to keep costs within this range, regular volume ensures stable ongoing work.
