### Job Description

We are looking for a motivated **Business Development Executive** to find clients who need real estate software and website development services.

The selected person will contact real estate agencies, property dealers, builders, and developers to introduce our services and convert potential leads into paying clients.

* CRM software for real estate agencies
* Lead generation and follow-up systems
* Booking and appointment systems

### Key Responsibilities

* Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and social media
* Contact real estate agencies, builders, and property dealers
* Explain our software-development services clearly
* Arrange meetings between clients and our technical team
* Follow up with interested prospects
* Maintain records of leads and conversations
* Help negotiate and close projects

### Requirements

* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Basic understanding of sales and business development
* Interest in real estate and technology
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets
* Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
* Fresh graduates and students may also apply

### Compensation

This is a **commission-based position**. You will receive an agreed percentage of the revenue from every client or project you successfully bring to the company. There is currently no fixed monthly salary.
