I am looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Manager to manage Facebook and Instagram content for a local real-estate business.

The main goal is to create consistent, professional, and useful content that genuinely helps buyers and sellers while also building trust and brand visibility.

The work may include:

• Creating engaging Facebook and Instagram posts
• Designing professional real-estate graphics
• Writing captions and social media copy
• Turning raw videos/footage into engaging content ideas
• Creating Reels and short-form content
• Developing buyer and seller educational posts
• Planning a consistent content schedule
• Using relevant hashtags and calls-to-action
• Maintaining a professional and consistent brand style

I will provide raw footage and basic information when required. The selected freelancer should be creative, dependable, and able to turn simple ideas into engaging social-media content.

Previous experience with real estate, social media management, graphic design, Canva, or copywriting will be an advantage.
