I want a straightforward, read-only mobile application that showcases our property catalogue on both iOS and Android. No user registration or login is needed—visitors simply open the app and browse.
Home Page
The first screen presents a short overview of the company, topped by a header with a menu and finished with a footer that displays our contact details. The menu links to Home, Sale, Rental and Contact Us.
Property Sections
Sale and Rental pages list every property we have—Residential, Investment and Commercial. Each listing (and its detail view) must show Location, Land size and Rooms, with space for extra notes such as floors or amenities.
Search & Filters
Inside both sections users should be able to narrow results by:
• Number of rooms
• Property type
• Location
That is all the filtering we need right now.
Design & Tech Notes
The interface should be clean, modern and responsive on current versions of iOS and Android. I’m open to native development (Swift / Kotlin) or a cross-platform framework like Flutter or React Native—feel free to recommend the stack you’re most comfortable with as long as performance is solid.
Deliverables
• Compiled iOS and Android apps, ready for store submission
• Full, well-organised source code
• A brief “how-to-publish” guide and a list of any third-party libraries used
• Apps with two language [English/Arabic]
