I want a fully-functional real estate listings website modelled closely on https://www.squareyards.com/delhi-real-estate. The primary goal is to showcase residential and commercial properties in an easy-to-browse format, with filters that let visitors zero in on location, price, size, and property type—essentially the same user experience SquareYards delivers for Delhi.

The build should include:
• A clean, mobile-responsive front end that mirrors the modern look and page flow of the reference site.
• A fast property search with autocomplete and layered filters so users can instantly refine results.
• Individual listing pages that display photo sliders, floor plans, Google-map embeds, nearby amenities, and enquiry forms.
• An admin panel where I can add or update properties, images, SEO tags, and banner promotions without touching code.

Code can be in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or any mainstream stack you are comfortable maintaining; just keep the architecture scalable for thousands of listings and high daily traffic. SEO-friendly URLs, structured data markup, and basic on-page optimisation need to be baked in from day one.

For hand-off, I will need:
1. Source code in a private Git repo.
2. A one-click deployment guide (Docker or cPanel acceptable).
3. A brief video walkthrough of the admin panel.
