Real Estate Listing App

I want to build a full-featured real estate marketplace for both iOS and Android that functions much like 99acres or Magicbricks. The core idea is simple: owners and agents must be able to publish property listings in minutes, while buyers or tenants can discover, filter, and contact them with equal ease.

Key flows I need reproduced include:
• Smooth on-boarding for owners/agents with KYC upload, package selection, and in-app payment.
• A rich listing form supporting images, video, floor plans, location pin-drop, and amenity tags.
• Advanced search for users—price range, locality, map view, near-me, and save-to-favourites.
• Lead capture: one-tap call, WhatsApp/email, and an in-app chat that logs every message.
• Push notifications for new matches, price drops, expiring listings, and chat replies.
• A lightweight analytics dashboard so I can track daily active users, listings posted, and leads generated.

Technically I’m open, but a single code-base solution such as Flutter or React Native is preferable to keep maintenance sane across platforms. The app will communicate with a REST or GraphQL back end that you will also set up, including an admin panel to manage users, moderate listings, and run promotions.

Deliverables:
1. UI/UX prototypes approved before development begins.
2. Complete iOS & Android builds, store-ready with signing, icons, and screenshots.
3. Back-end source, database schema, and deployment scripts.
4. Admin dashboard with role-based access.
5. Testing reports and a brief hand-over guide.
