I record regular bite-sized insights on property investing, mortgage trends and broader financial-market moves, and I need those clips turned into high-impact vertical reels right away. The finished videos should feel authoritative yet easy to follow, with clear data overlays that highlight key numbers, quick animated stats, crisp lower-thirds and concise captions that keep viewers watching even without sound.

You’ll receive the raw footage, my talking-head takes, any voice-over files and a brief for each topic. From there, I’m looking for:

• A 30–60 second reel (1080 × 1920) per brief, rendered in high quality and optimised for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Clean, on-brand colour correction and audio sweetening
• Dynamic charts or percentage call-outs that match the narration
• Subtle transitions, stock b-roll or royalty-free background music where it adds context
• The final MP4 plus the open project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve—use what you’re fastest with)
