Real Estate Drone Video Edit

I have 14 raw drone clips of a land listing that need to be shaped into a polished, 14-minute presentation—one horizontal version for YouTube and a vertical cut for Reels/Shorts. The look I’m after is simple and clean: smooth pacing, gentle transitions, and no flashy effects.

Standard color corrections will be enough to balance exposure and match shots from different flights. The key creative element is the KML overlay; I will provide the file that outlines the property boundaries and must sit accurately on the aerial footage throughout the video.

Please add two lower-thirds: brief property specs near the start and my contact details at the close. Other than those graphics, keep the frame uncluttered.

Deliverables
• Two final exports: 16:9 (4K) and 9:16 (1080×1920)
• Runtime close to 14 minutes
• Embedded KML outline synced to the drone shots
