About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a highly organized and analytical Real Estate Deal Analyst & Coordinator to help manage a growing real estate investment pipeline from initial opportunity through closing.
This role combines deal analysis, transaction coordination, CRM management, and stakeholder communication. You’ll work behind the scenes to evaluate opportunities, keep transactions organized, track deadlines, and ensure deals continue moving forward.
If you have experience in real estate investing, acquisitions, transaction coordination, or deal operations and enjoy working with both numbers and people, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Do
Deal Analysis
Review property information, transaction structures, and investment opportunities
Analyze financial and operational data to support acquisition decisions
Prepare clear deal summaries and recommendations for leadership
Identify potential risks or issues before deals progress
Deal Pipeline & Transaction Coordination
Track opportunities from lead through closing
Monitor deadlines, milestones, follow-ups, and outstanding items
Identify and resolve bottlenecks that could delay transactions
Maintain clear visibility into every active deal and its next steps
Buyer, Seller & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, title companies, and internal teams
Schedule calls, meetings, and transaction follow-ups
Maintain proactive communication throughout the deal lifecycle
Ensure stakeholders remain aligned on timelines and requirements
CRM & Documentation
Maintain accurate deal stages, notes, and activity inside the CRM
Organize transaction documents and supporting information
Prepare pipeline reports and deal updates
Ensure records remain complete, accurate, and accessible
Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies across deal workflows
Improve tracking, communication, and documentation processes
Help increase deal velocity and overall team productivity
What We’re Looking For
Experience in real estate operations, acquisitions, transaction coordination, deal management, or similar roles
Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate property and transaction data
Understanding of real estate deal workflows
Excellent organization and project-management skills
Strong written and verbal English communication
Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet and availability for 30+ hours per week during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
Real estate investing or wholesaling experience
Acquisitions or dispositions experience
Familiarity with U.S. real estate transactions and terminology
Experience with Podio, Follow Up Boss, REI BlackBook, or similar systems
Experience supporting high-volume real estate pipelines

Deals progress efficiently from lead through closing
Deadlines and critical follow-ups are never missed
CRM and transaction records remain accurate
Buyers, sellers, agents, and partners receive timely communication
Leadership has clear visibility into deal status and next steps
