I am looking for an experienced, disciplined, results-driven cold caller to contact homeowners whose properties were previously listed for sale but did not sell.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands the psychology behind making phone calls. These homeowners have already been through the process. They may be frustrated, skeptical, annoyed by previous agents, or simply tired of hearing the same promises over and over again.

You need to understand that. Your job is not to pressure them. Your job is to have a real conversation, identify the problem, create enough interest and trust, and ultimately set a qualified appointment with the homeowner.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR I want someone who: Has actual experience calling expired listings, Can think beyond simply reading a script, Knows how to overcome objections, Can build rapport quickly and most importantly is bold & confident.

This ideal person can take rejection without losing momentum Can follow a process and improve with coaching(VERY IMPORTANT).

I will provide the script, training, systems, expectations, and coaching, but I need someone who already understands what it is like to pick up the phone and call a homeowner whose property failed to sell.

You should already understand conversations like: "We're not selling anymore." "We're going to try again ourselves." "We're already talking to another agent." "How did you get my number?" "I'm not interested." And most importantly, you need to know how to keep the conversation natural rather than sounding like a telemarketer
