I need a seasoned full-stack developer who can take a real-estate concept from sketch to launch by delivering a single, seamless code-base for Android, iOS, and the web. The platform must feel modern, load fast, and remain secure while giving three distinct groups—my admin team, registered real-estate agents/agencies, and individual property owners—the power to add, edit, and manage listings.
Core user journey
• Visitors will search and view property listings with filters for price, location, and amenities.
• Verified sellers or landlords will list properties for sale or rent, upload photos, set prices, and manage availability.
• Interested buyers or tenants can book viewings or contact the listing party directly from inside the app.
Your scope
You will own UI/UX design, responsive frontend development, robust backend architecture, database design, REST/GraphQL API integration, secure authentication, payment-gateway setup (for reservation fees and premium listings), and an intuitive admin dashboard. The final product must be fully responsive, highly scalable, and pass rigorous performance tests across phones, tablets, and browsers.
Tech checklist (flexible on exact stack)
– Mobile: React Native or Flutter for a single code-base
– Web: React, Vue, or Angular
– Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar with REST/GraphQL APIs
– Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB with proper indexing
– Hosting: AWS, GCP, or Azure with CI/CD pipeline
– Security: JWT/OAuth2, role-based access control, encryption at rest and in transit, OWASP best practices
Deliverables
1. Low- and high-fidelity UI/UX mock-ups
2. Fully functional cross-platform app and responsive website
3. Admin dashboard with role management and analytics
4. Integrated payment gateway and notification system
5. Automated test suite (unit, integration, end-to-end)
6. Clean, well-commented source code in Git with full intellectual-property transfer
7. Deployment to App Store, Google Play, and production web server
8. Complete technical documentation and a two-month post-launch support window
I expect frequent progress updates, demo builds at agreed milestones, and quick turnaround on feedback. If you have a track record of shipping secure, high-traffic apps—and can prove it with links or repo access—let’s talk timelines and get started.
