We are looking for an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to integrate an AI-powered chatbot into our real estate website.

The chatbot should be able to understand visitor questions and provide helpful information about our real estate services, properties, and listings.

Main Requirements:
Integrate an AI chatbot into our existing real estate website
Chatbot should understand and respond to user questions naturally
Connect the chatbot with our property/listing data
Answer questions about available properties, prices, locations, features, etc.
Allow users to search/filter properties through the chatbot
Provide relevant property details based on user requirements
Mobile and desktop responsive integration
Easy-to-manage backend/admin setup
Proper testing and bug fixing after integration

Ideal Candidate:
Experience with AI chatbot development and integration
Experience with OpenAI/LLM APIs or similar AI technologies
Experience working with real estate websites is a plus
Strong knowledge of APIs, databases, and web integrations
Able to suggest the best technical approach for the project
