Ready-Made ITSM Tool Needed

I need a fully-featured, production-ready ITSM application that comes with complete, editable source code. My immediate objective is to deploy it on a Windows environment, backed by SQL Server, so those two items are non-negotiable.

The solution must already include:
• Incident Management
• Change Management
• Service Desk (ticketing, SLA tracking, knowledge base, etc.)
• Asset Management (discovery or manual registry, depreciation, life-cycle tracking)

I am only interested in tools that are already finished and in daily use or demonstrably stable; I do not want a ground-up build. A quick online demo or recorded walkthrough proving all four modules work together will be the first step in our discussion.

Deliverables
1. Compiled installer or deployment package for Windows.
2. Full source code with build instructions.
3. Database schema and seed data for SQL Server.
4. Installation and configuration guide.
5. Basic user/admin documentation.

Acceptance Criteria
• I can install the system on a fresh Windows server, connect it to SQL Server, and log in as an admin without errors.
• All listed modules function end-to-end and share a common user database.
• Source code builds cleanly using the documented tool-chain.

If your product also supports Linux or macOS, or is compatible with other databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, feel free to mention it, but Windows + SQL Server must work flawlessly out of the box.
