We have a live healthcare web app built with React and Vite, and we’re ready to upgrade how it looks and feels. This first phase covers only the Patient Forms and Records area. Existing functionality and backend calls stay exactly as they are. This is a visual and usability upgrade, not a rebuild.

What we want

Forms that are quicker to complete: sensible field grouping, inline validation, logical tab order, and subtle guidance for users
Patient data that’s easy to scan, especially Medical History and Diagnoses, and Appointments and Care Notes, with better typography, spacing and colour hierarchy, plus table and card views
A layout that works smoothly for staff on desktop, tablet and phone
Accessible, well-named reusable components that fit our existing React component library

What you’ll deliver

Refactored React components and styles (CSS Modules or SCSS)
Responsive behaviour for desktop, tablet and mobile
A short hand-off guide or Storybook stories showing how to reuse the components

You’ll get the repo, our current Figma file and a staging API at kickoff. Dashboards and reports follow if this phase goes well.

To apply, share 2-3 examples of SaaS or dashboard UI you’ve built (healthcare is a plus), and start your proposal with the word “Stethoscope”.
