We have an existing live bilingual Saudi offers and loyalty platform built with React, TypeScript, Node.js/Express and PostgreSQL.

We want to package the existing responsive web platform as one mobile application for both iOS and Android using Capacitor or a similarly suitable WebView-based approach.

This is not a request to rebuild the platform in Flutter or React Native. The objective is to reuse the existing React application and APIs while providing a reliable mobile-app experience suitable for submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The same application will serve different users according to their existing server-side roles and permissions:

- Customer.
- Store manager.
- Branch manager.
- Offer manager.
- QR validation employee.
- Platform administrator remains primarily web-based.

Required scope:

1. Create one shared mobile application for iOS and Android from the existing React platform.
2. Configure Capacitor and create the native iOS and Android projects.
3. Preserve the existing Arabic RTL and English LTR interfaces.
4. Ensure that switching languages does not cause broken layouts, clipping or horizontal scrolling.
5. Display the correct workspace and navigation according to the authenticated user’s existing role.
6. Keep all authorization enforced by the existing server; hiding interface elements alone is not sufficient.
7. Implement secure session handling and persistent sign-in.
8. Support Google sign-in on both platforms, subject to the existing authentication configuration.
9. Support deep links for:
- Offers.
- Staff invitations.
- Authentication callbacks.
- Loyalty and claim pages.
10. Integrate native camera permission and QR scanning for authorized store employees.
11. Display customer offer and loyalty QR codes correctly.
12. Handle external links, downloads and browser redirects safely.
13. Implement native splash screens, application icons and launch configuration.
14. Handle the device back button, safe areas, status bar and keyboard correctly.
15. Provide loading, offline, connection-error and retry states.
16. Prepare push-notification capability and document the required provider setup. Live provider activation may be priced separately.
17. Prepare Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration points. Provider accounts, certificates and final activation may be priced separately.
18. Add the privacy-policy link, account-deletion route and permission explanations required by the stores.
19. Ensure the application is more than a basic website wrapper by providing native QR scanning, deep links, secure authentication and appropriate mobile navigation.
20. Test the application on representative iPhone and Android phone sizes.
21. Produce signed test builds:
- Android APK/AAB.
- iOS TestFlight build.
22. Fix mobile-wrapper defects found during testing.
23. Prepare the App Store and Google Play technical submission settings.
24. Provide build instructions, source code, configuration documentation and handover.
25. Submit both applications to the stores if the required owner accounts are available.

Important conditions:

- The website and backend already exist and must not be rebuilt.
- One application must support all roles through the existing permissions.
- No production changes, merge or deployment without written approval.
- Development must take place on a separate branch.
- Production data must not be used for testing.
- Secrets must not be stored inside the application bundle or repository.
- The developer must not copy, reuse, disclose or resell the source code or business concept.
- Any Apple, Google or third-party fees must be listed separately.
- Store approval cannot be guaranteed, but the developer must correct technical rejection issues related to their implementation.

Please provide:

1. A fixed total price.
2. Delivery time in working days.
3. Examples of Capacitor applications you have published.
4. Confirmation of experience with App Store and Google Play submissions.
5. What is included and excluded.
6. Separate optional prices for:
- Push-notification activation.
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet activation.
- Store submission and rejection corrections.
7. Post-delivery warranty period.
8. Confirmation that both iOS and Android source projects will be delivered to us.
