I need someone to take a small brochure-style website that is currently parked on GoDaddy and rebuild it as a modern, single-page application in either React or Next.js. Once the codebase is ready, I want it deployed on AWS—S3 + CloudFront, Amplify, or another AWS workflow you feel is best—so the site loads quickly worldwide, has an SSL certificate, and can be managed independently of GoDaddy.

Key elements I expect in the new build:
• Contact form that routes to my preferred email address and is protected from spam.
• Lightweight blog section that lets me add or edit posts through Markdown or a simple headless CMS.
• Portfolio gallery with responsive images and lightbox-style viewing.

You’ll handle the migration of the existing content, recreate the design so it matches (or improves on) the current look, set up the AWS hosting stack, point the domain away from GoDaddy, and confirm everything works end-to-end. All source code should be in a private Git repository that I control.

Acceptance criteria: the page scores well on Google Lighthouse for performance and accessibility, all three features function correctly on desktop and mobile, and the site is fully live on AWS with HTTPS before hand-off.
