I need a sleek, conversion-focused website that positions me as a go-to React specialist and turns visitors into paying web-development clients. The whole site should revolve around selling my development services, not simply displaying a portfolio, so every section—from hero banner to the final call-to-action—must guide prospects toward booking a consultation or requesting a quote.

Key elements I have in mind
• A modern React (or Next.js) code-base that is blazingly fast, SEO friendly, and easy for me to extend.
• A case-study driven portfolio area where I can highlight past React projects, outline challenges, show before/after visuals, and reference measurable results.
• Service pages that clearly detail the web-development packages I offer, with room for tiered pricing tables and FAQs.
• Lead-capture tools such as an integrated contact form, optional Calendly embed, and contextual CTAs on every page.
• Polished UI/UX: responsive layouts, subtle animations, light/dark theme toggle, and clean typography that communicates “premium” at first glance.
• Basic CMS hooks (Markdown or a headless option) so I can publish occasional articles without touching the code base.
• Deployment-ready output and concise hand-over docs so I can push to Vercel, Netlify, or any static host in minutes.

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighthouse performance score of 90+ on both mobile and desktop.
2. No console errors or accessibility violations (WCAG 2.1 AA minimum).
3. All copy, images, and colors easily editable through clearly commented components or a lightweight CMS.

If this sounds like your wheelhouse, let me know how you’d structure the build and what timeline you’d need.
