Re-type PDF With Images

I have a normal hand written notes that mixes paragraphs of text with embedded images. I need every word re-typed accurately and each image inserted in its original spot so the new file mirrors the source page by page.

Please keep the layout clean, match fonts and headings as closely as practical, embed the images exactly as they appear (no descriptions or omissions), and double-check for typos before you hand it back. A neatly formatted, fully editable document is all I’m after, ready for me to review and use straight away.
