I have a set of PDF files—between 10 and 50 pages in total—that I need re-typed accurately into a plain .txt document. The goal is straightforward: create a clean, character-perfect copy for long-term digital archiving, so no layout recreation or styling is necessary.
You’ll open each page, type the text verbatim (including punctuation and capitalization), run a quick spell-check, and deliver a single UTF-8 plain-text file that mirrors the original wording line for line. Speed matters, but accuracy matters more; I will spot-check against the PDFs before approving the work.
Deliverable:
• One plain-text file containing the full re-typed content, ready for archival use.
