Re-type Hindi Educational Books

I need a precise digital version of several Hindi educational books that currently exist only as scanned PDFs. Most pages are clean, yet a small handful carry handwritten margin notes that must be reproduced exactly where they appear. Every word, punctuation mark, and scribbled comment has to be re-typed in accurate Devanagari and double-checked for spelling consistency.

The project is not limited to text alone. All diagrams, charts, and embedded images visible in the scans have to find their way into the new files. Simple line drawings can be recreated directly in Word or Illustrator; more detailed illustrations may be placed as high-resolution inserts, provided they stay crisp at A4 print size. Captions, labels, and callouts should line up just as they do in the originals.

Deliverables
• An editable .docx (or compatible) file for each book that mirrors the original layout
• A matching, press-ready PDF for each file

Acceptance criteria
• No omitted or extra text
• Handwritten notes transcribed exactly, in the correct locations
• Diagrams and images clear, positioned accurately, and properly labeled
• Maximum one typo per 10,000 characters
