Re-Design Architectural Layout in AutoCAD

AutoCAD Architect / Architectural Draftsperson Needed
I have a reference PDF containing the layout plan, complete exterior front elevation details, and other architectural information. I need an experienced architect/architectural draftsman to redraw the project from scratch in AutoCAD and prepare a complete, professional set of new drawings.
Scope of Work:
Recreate the existing layout and elevation drawings accurately in AutoCAD
Develop a clean and professionally organized drawing set
Apply architectural detailing and necessary modifications
Modify/improve the interior floor plan based on the provided requirements
Design/modify the staircase layout and detailing
Ensure proper dimensions, annotations, layers, lineweights, and drawing standards
Compile all drawings into a final, presentable set suitable for architectural use
Requirements:
Strong experience with AutoCAD and architectural drafting
Good understanding of residential architectural planning and detailing
Ability to interpret PDF/reference drawings accurately
Must be able to contribute professional architectural input, not just trace the drawings
Attention to detail and willingness to make revisions as required
The reference PDF and complete project details will be provided to the selected freelancer.
