I have a finished sign design in a PNG/JPG file and I need it turned into clean, machine-ready G-code for my CNC router. The piece will be cut from wood and I’m aiming for a slightly textured, carved look rather than a perfectly smooth surface, so please factor that into the tool-paths and depth settings.

What I’ll provide
• The raster artwork at full resolution
• My machine’s basic limits (working area and maximum spindle speed) once we start.
Need toolpath files created using Vectric VCarve Pro

What I need back
1. A vector trace of the artwork (so I can reuse it later).
2. The corresponding G-code file ready to run on GRBL-based control software.
3. A quick rundown of the key tool-path settings you used (bit size, feed, pass depth) so I can tweak if needed.

Preferred tools are VCarve, Aspire, Carbide Create, Fusion 360, or anything that can export standard G-code; just let me know what you’re using. All measurements in millimetres, please. If you’ve done textured wooden signage before, samples would help me pick quickly.

Once I verify the code in a simulation and run a small test pass, I’ll release payment right away.
