I need a case modelled for a car dash unit I’m building. It’s a Raspberry Pi 5 and a few small modules behind a 7-inch screen, printed in ASA on a Bambu P1S. I’ve got a full design brief with drawings, photos and dimensions attached, so you won't need to guess (i hope lol)

What I need modelled:

A rear shell with a removable inner tray for the modules
A cradle on top at the rear for an external GPS antenna, facing up
A standard mount point on the back (a 1/4"-20 insert and a pad for a 17 mm ball socket), so it can sit on a dash top
Openings for the USB-C power port, the backlight button and the two speakers
Vents for airflow around two fans, because heat is a concern

The main rules:

It has to stay within the screen’s outline (164.9 × 102 mm). A small rim or lip to latch onto the screen is fine.
The screen’s 4 corner holes are weak, so the case has to carry the weight.
It must print without supports or minimal supports is fine, with every part under 256 mm.

Deliverables:

STEP and STL files for each part
The editable CAD source file
Some tweaks if things don't line up properly after initial printing

When you reply, please tell me:

What CAD software you use - Less important
A similar electronics enclosure you’ve done, if you have one - Bonus

Message me so we can discuss budget / timeline (I am super flexible with timeline)
