Rapid Handwritten Notes Transcription

I need several pages of handwritten notes turned into clean, editable text as quickly as possible. Every word on the page must appear in the final file exactly as written, preserving line breaks, headings, and any underlining. Obvious spelling errors should be flagged with “[sic]” rather than silently corrected so I can review them later.

You may type directly into the Word template I will share, or use Google Docs if that speeds you up—just be sure the formatting remains consistent. Accuracy is more important than raw speed, but I do need steady progress updates so I can monitor turnaround.

Deliverables (checked on submission)
• One proof-read DOCX (or Google Doc) containing the full transcription
• A brief log noting any unreadable words or ambiguities by page number
