Rapid 6x9 KDP Cover Formatting

I already have my full-color cover laid out in a single PDF; it only needs to be resized and placed on the correct KDP template for a 6" × 9" paperback with a 144-page spine. Amazon will add the barcode, so no placeholder is necessary. Keep the spine text simple in any clean, standard font—nothing fancy—and make no alterations to the artwork itself.

A previous developer who did not know what they were doing is being replaced so this can be done correctly.

What matters most is speed and accuracy. I have a tight two-hour window, so I need a freelancer who knows the current KDP print specs, bleed and margin requirements, and can return a press-ready PDF that uploads without flags.

Deliverable: one print-ready PDF (front, spine, back) that passes KDP’s previewer on the first try, delivered within two hours of project acceptance.
