Students/parents can filter teachers by:

Teacher cards display photo, name, gender, qualifications, experience, languages, specialization, biography, ratings/reviews, available slots, demo availability and View Profile / Book Free Demo buttons.

4. Teacher Profiles

Approved teachers receive public profiles containing:

Photo, name, biography, gender, country and time zone
Quran/Hifz and Islamic education qualifications
Certifications and teaching experience
Languages, courses and specializations
Student age groups and teaching methodology
Optional introduction video
Availability, demo slots and reviews/ratings

Visitors can view profiles, submit inquiries, select packages or book free demos. Teachers become publicly visible only after admin approval.

5. Quran Learning Programs

Quran Nazra: Quran reading, Arabic alphabet/basic reading, pronunciation, Tajweed fundamentals, reading correction and beginner/advanced one-to-one instruction.

Hifz-ul-Quran: Memorization, daily targets, revision schedules, teacher monitoring, progress tracking and memorization records.

Masnoon Duayein: Daily/prayer-related duas, eating/travel/sleeping duas, basic Islamic supplications, memorization and pronunciation guidance.

Additional Quran/Islamic courses can be added later.

7. Packages & Pricing

Admins can create flexible packages such as:

Basic: 2 classes/week
Standard: 4 classes/week
Intensive: 6 classes/week

Package settings include course, classes/week, duration, monthly price/currency, discounts, features, teacher eligibility and active/inactive status. Package changes can be managed through WordPress.

8. Scheduling & Time-Zone Management

Teachers define working hours, slots, time zone, class duration, breaks, holidays, blocked dates and recurring availability.

Booking will:

Display available slots only
Prevent double booking
Support recurring schedules
Provide demo-specific slots
Support holidays/blocked dates
Allow admin schedule overrides

Teacher availability will automatically convert to the student's local time zone.

9. Free Demo / Trial Class
Registration

Student/parent name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country/time zone, student age, interested course, preferred teacher, preferred days/time, previous Quran learning experience and requirements.

Workflow

Request submitted → lead recorded → admin/teacher notified → teacher/slot assigned → demo confirmed → confirmation/reminder → demo completed → follow-up → conversion to paid package.

Statuses: Requested, Confirmed, Completed, Follow-up Required, Converted and Not Converted.

10. Student Registration & Dashboard

Student profiles include personal information, course, teacher, package, schedule, attendance, payments, classes, progress, notifications and account settings.

Parent accounts can manage multiple children, each with separate teachers, courses and schedules.

11. Payments & Checkout

Checkout includes course, teacher, package, frequency/duration, schedule, price, discounts/coupons, currency, billing details, payment method, terms and confirmation/invoice.

For wire transfers, students receive bank details and submit a payment reference. Admin verifies payment before activating the package.

12. Teacher Portal
Dashboard

Active students, today's/upcoming/completed classes, demos, attendance, earnings/payment summary and notifications.

Teacher Management

Teachers manage profiles, qualifications, languages, specializations, courses, age groups, methodology, introduction video and availability.

Statuses: Pending, Under Review, Approved, Rejected and Suspended.

Student & Class Management

Teachers can view assigned students, courses, packages, schedules, attendance and progress.

They can record class notes, homework, progress comments, observations, Hifz progress, revision recommendations and improvement areas.

Teachers can view schedules, join classes, mark attendance, add notes, complete classes, report absences and request rescheduling.

13. Online Class Integration

Integration can be provided with Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Students will see teacher, course, date/time and Join Class from their dashboard. Final platform/integration method will be confirmed during technical planning.

14. Attendance, Progress & Reviews

Attendance supports student attended/absent, teacher absent, completed, cancelled and rescheduled classes. Attendance history is available to students/parents, teachers and administrators.

Students can submit 1–5 star ratings and written reviews. Admins can approve, reject, hide or feature reviews. Approved reviews appear on teacher profiles and contribute to ratings.

15. Teacher Earnings & Commission

For revenue-sharing operations, teachers can view total, completed, pending and paid earnings, commission deductions, payment history and withdrawal requests.
