Quotex Signal Generation Bot

I need a bot that connects to my Quotex account and focuses solely on one job: generating clear, real-time trading signals. No automatic execution is required for now—just accurate, time-stamped alerts I can act on manually or plug into another system later.

What I expect the bot to do
• Stream live price data from Quotex (API or reliable web-socket scraping—whichever proves most stable).
• Apply my chosen indicators and rule sets, then fire a “buy” or “sell” signal the instant conditions are met.
• Push those signals instantly to Telegram and/or e-mail with the asset, direction, timeframe, and confidence score.
• Log every signal to a local file or lightweight database so I can review performance.
• Let me tweak basic parameters—indicator values, asset list, alert channels—through a simple config file or UI.

Acceptance criteria
1. Signals must reach Telegram in under two seconds from trigger.
2. Accuracy demonstrated by a one-week paper-trade back-test and a live demo session.
3. Clean, well-commented source code plus a short “how to run” guide so I can deploy on Windows or a small VPS.

Preferred stack is Python (ccxt, pandas, TA-Lib, Telethon), but I am open to Node.js if you already have proven modules. Whichever you choose, stability and clear documentation matter more than the language.
